- Contact via mailto: The contact page can open your device’s email application with a pre-filled message to fabian@iboard.ca. Message content is processed as ordinary email correspondence by me; it is not stored by a form backend on this domain.
- Calendly: Booking uses Calendly (calendly.com/fabian-iboard/30min). If you book a meeting, Calendly processes your name, email, and related scheduling data under Calendly’s privacy policy. That information is shared with me as the event organizer.

4. Why information is used (purposes)
- To respond to messages you send and to schedule calls you request.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website (including host logs).
- To grant discretionary access to private portfolio materials.
Legal bases under Canadian privacy expectations (PIPEDA principles and, where applicable, BC PIPA for private-sector activity) include: responding to your requests, legitimate interests in operating a personal professional site securely, and consent where you voluntarily submit information (email, Calendly booking, access request).

I do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by:
- IONOS — website hosting and related infrastructure.
- Calendly — meeting scheduling when you choose to book.
- Email providers — when you email me or open a mailto link.
I may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the security of the site.
6. International transfers
Service providers (for example hosting, Calendly, font CDNs, or email) may process data in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Where that occurs, it is incidental to using those services.
7. Retention
- Email correspondence is kept as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary record-keeping, then deleted or archived according to my practice.
- Calendly event data follows Calendly’s retention tools and my calendar records.
- Host logs follow IONOS retention.
- Browser localStorage unlock flags remain until you clear site data.

Depending on applicable Canadian law, you may request access to, or correction of, personal information I hold about you from this site’s correspondence, and you may withdraw consent for future contact.
